SALES: I have purchased 5 vehicles from this store and each time the service that I recieved was uniformly great! They have a large selection of cars and trucks to choose from so they always had exactly what I was looking for. The sales staff is extremely knowledgable and Rocky (my sales rep) helped me select the perfect truck for my business. FINANCE: Their finance department was able to get me the perfect loan as the finance director Joe not only has the experience to get the job done, but he does so in a no nonsense profesional manor. SERVICE: Their service department has always respected my time. They have a friendly staff that knows their product and from the minute you walk in, you feel right at home. Ray, their service manager operates a clean well oiled facility. I have some pretty aged trucks in my business and this services center has kept them running just as well as my new ones. I wont bring them anywhere else. Tj thank you again for the great deal. I will surely send all my friends and family to your store as I know they will be in good hands. I sent 3 online requests from their own website to schedule service on a new 2014 Ram (5,000 miles) and all went unanswered. I then decided to call two week after the first online request and had the displeasure of speaking to a Frank. He proceeded to cut off my request before I even got the words out and said the first available appointment was two week out. He dismissed the online requests saying no one has time to review them and he only has 4 techs unlike other places that have 15 so sorry but 2 weeks is the best I can do. My recommendation to the dealership, Hire employees that will bring you business not chase them away.

Simply put. Hands down great experience. No pressure!!! From the minute I walked in the door, John made me feel right at home. They had exactly what I was looking for and Joe in finance was able to get me approved despite my rocky credit history. It was nice having a sales person that didn't have to wear a hole in the carpet traveling back and forth from the managers office. Tj whom I believe is the owner actually came out and thanked me for my business and to my surprise, threw in a $200 dollar gift card to the Tanger Outlets!
