I had a great experience at Premier Subaru! Everyone was extremely kind, patient, and friendly! Baylee Kentner was my main salesperson and she was extremely kind, patient, and personable. I was nervous about this experience and she made the whole thing so calm and fun and easy! She really listened to me and always gave me time to work through my questions and decisions. I really adored working with her! Additionally, Mikayla (spelling?) was shadowing her as a trainee/new employee and she was also kind and friendly and helpful as well! Jack DiNuzzo from financial services was also very kind and helpful and I appreciated how well he explained things to me and his calm presence. Finally, Andi Vilches in delivery was very fun and personable and kind! Really great staff who made this a great car buying experience!

Bait and switch!
Bait and switch! After salesman confirms an ad saying that car was at the delarship to find it’s not. They have Two others with the same trim level and same year for six thousand more. Then after speaking with the sales manager who originally seemed helpful states they made a mistake and can’t even honor the deal they offered on the previous day. No integrity!

The best trade-in amounts on the shoreline. Parker Pearlstein - sales manager - is always gracious, as are the rest of the sales team. This buying experience took all of 2.5 hours from test drive to driving away with my certified pre-owned. This is my 4th purchase from Premier. Also note - the service dept is very good always treated respectfully.

Have you ever had such a bad experience with a dealership that you no longer purchase that brand of car? Well, Premier Subaru is sure to give you that kind of experience! I purchased a car from them in 2021, so when I was recently in a horrible accident that totaled my vehicle, I chose to go back to Premier – out of loyalty – to purchase another vehicle. I was immediately met with shady dealership games from the moment I walked in, even with the knowledge that I was a returning customer, and in a vulnerable situation. Overnight, they had increased a used car’s price by $2,000 online, and to make matters worse, the ticket price on the car in person was $4,000 higher than the already increased online price. They claimed, “tariffs.” It was May, and it was a used car. After a painful, one-sided negotiation, the sales representative told me they would rather sell the car at auction, losing money on it, than sell it to me, a returning customer, for $1,000 less than the originally listed price. Unfortunately, the mistreatment does not stop here for Premier. I also filed all of the requested paperwork to cancel the warranty I paid for on my totaled car, and was told that it was canceled and I would receive a refund in the mail. After 2 months, and no refund, I contacted the warranty company only to discover that Premier lied, and had NOT canceled my warranty. I then spent the better part of 4 hours attempting to get ahold of anyone who could rectify a problem Premier Subaru created. This review is meant to simply warn potential customers of the cheap tricks that are in store for you if, like me, you fall for the “New Customer” treatment. Buyers beware, Premier Subaru looks to do nothing but take advantage of you in vulnerable situations.

@Giovanni/ We are sorry you feel this way. It is not reasonable to expect $4,000 off the price of a vehicle that is priced to market- and indicate that you should not be responsible for sales tax. During the imposition of the tariffs, it was commonly published that both new and used vehicles escalated in the marketplace. As new cars become more expensive, the demand on preowned vehicles also increased nationwide and the values of those cars escalated. While our inventory is always priced at 95% or less of market average, prices do change regularly and did at that time. We honored a past price on this vehicle for you - but, you wanted an additional substantial discount off that price which was not possible or, quite frankly, reasonable. That vehicle was sent to auction where it sold for more than we were asking for that car on our lot - and, significantly more than we had honored a price for you. As for your warranty cancellation, that cancellation was done electronically on 5/16/2025. We have made an inquiry to the warranty company to find out the status of the same. We have complete documentation in this regard. You are welcome to contact our General Manager directly if you have any additional questions

In my case I just needed the recent changes or updates. I also love how Subaru supports the communities they reside in. We love the Outback Wilderness and Forester Sport we purchased this year. When I inquired about a used car that was advertised online, someone from the dealership contacted me promptly. After some intense haggling (do NOT accept their first deal), we agreed on a purchase price. They fulfilled their end of the bargain, and as a plus, at the sale closing they did not attempt to add on costs for extended warranties etc. Time will tell about their service department. All in all, a painless experience and we got the car we wanted at a dealership that is convenient for us to get to.
