I did not have a good experience with them at all.

I did not have a good experience with them at all. The problem is with their service department, they don’t check their work. They kept my car for weeks said everything was fixed , and gave it back to me not fix. I have returned the car multiple times for the same problem . It’s ridiculous At the time of this review my cars has been in their service department for 43 days and counting Don’t do business with this dealership

Conflicted Customer

I signed a binding contract with a non refundable deposit and no price escalation clause to purchase a new car. Upon delivery the price increased by $345 and the dealership did not wish to honor their binding contract, stating they would give us back the deposit and sell the car for more to someone else. I still purchased the car and now have a hard time understanding why they chose to do business in that manner.

Watch out for the extras you don't want on your car! They charged me for them and when I noticed 30 mins after signing on the dotted line, it was too late. Out of luck, no help. Find another dealer.

I have been to the service department two times, small...

I have been to the service department two times, small I’m nature. But they took care of it. And also the parts department is also great. Dave was Awsome. I bought my car in December and I’m happy with Renolds Subaru. And I will be a customer for life.
