Outstanding Service

We always receive outstanding service from from Nate at Ingersoll. He is a true professional and he has the utmost integrity. Being away many times, due to my military commitments, I can always trust in Nate to take the best care of my suburban so that is totally safe for my wife to drive the kids in. Thank you very much.

Perfect Buying Experience

I have a few reasons for recommending Ingersoll without reservation in the future... 1. You're open Sunday, the only day I could go out and look for a car. 2. Upon arriving at your dealership, my husband and I were so impressed at how large a selection you carry and how clean your showroom and waiting room was. 3. The most important... Excellent Sales Person!!! Our sales person Monte was top notch. I must say it was quite refreshing to deal with someone you can joke around with and at the same time stay level headed. My husband and I felt like we were with family and not just another sales person trying to push you to buy something as supposed to showing you what you might be interested in. Kudos to Ingersoll!!! 4. Monte called me after the sale was already done just to thank me and find out how things are with my new car, BRAVO! 5. When I had a question and emailed Monte, he responded right away! So happy that he has my back covered even after the sale... PLUS, Location, you're close to our home in Ridgefield! how cool!

Great car

Our salesman aron was excellent, he spent a lot of time explaining to us all the features of the car. In fact of all the new cars we ever bought he spent the most time of anyone we had ever dealth with. He is an assest to your organization.

Good service Friendly staff,Modern Facilities.

Being new to the area this was my first time going to this dealership to service my GMC Acadia I was referred here my colleague that lives in Danbury Connecticut. Upon my arrival at the dealership once I pulled into the service area I was greeted by the service writer that assisted me with each and every process to get my vehicle serviced he told me an estimated time for my vehicle to be ready, walked me through the showroom and showed me where the waiting area was and offered me a beverage and said to hang out here until my vehicle is ready and he will notify me when that happens. Well I was surprised when the service writer came into the waiting area and notified me that my vehicle was ready it was slightly earlier than promised which made me very happy. He then walk me through the process for payment explain in depth on the work that was done and what possibly needs to be done for my next visit ,walk me around my vehicle for the final inspection and I was on my way. It was a pleasant experience here at this dealership and I would definitely be back and I will definitely refer someone else here that owns a GM vehicle.
