Great Service

I had an appointment to have my car in for routine service. There were a few additional issues that I wanted checked out. Herb was professional and explained what the tech had found in regards to my concerns. Once again exceptional customer service from the service team at Ingersoll.

Well run service department

The service assistant assigned to me was very professional and on top of her job. She seemed to go out of her way to keep her customers aware of the status of their repairs and how much time until the work was finished

Good people who really, really care.

The service department performed incredibly well under extreme winter construction conditions, every question was responded to with in-depth research and an intelligent answer. It's like visiting an old friend who is always glad to see you.

Fast, Friendly and Efficient Service!

My son needed snow tires on his car on very short notice. The dealership acquired the tires by noon, had them on the car while we waited and we were out in a few hours.

moving to Mercedes

Honestly, I think that Ingersoll does a great job but my next car will be a Mercedes because throughout the life of the car beyond expiration of the warranty...Mercedes will do complimentary services such as replacing the key fob battery free of charge instead of charging $113 to get into my car. Cadillacs "normal" maintenance is very labor intensive. Some service should just be complimentary after spending $716.

Great service friendly environment!

Torrey was excellent ! Great product knowledge and very personal! Being in the retail industry myself I would hire Torrey as a Sales Manager in a heartbeat!Also Armand the Sales Manager checked in on us several times throughout the entire transaction to ensure everything went smoothly !

Ingersoll's Service Dept.- A step above them all!!

We had an incident where 2 of my tires blew out and one of the rims were damaged. At the time we leased the vehicle, we took out insurance on the tires and rims. My wife called Ingersoll, who took care of picking up the truck, handled all the claims on it. They only thing we had to do was pick up the vehicle and it ended up costing us nothing. Great job from all the service people involved. We truly appreciate it.
