customer service was excellent. Repair took a little longer than expected, and loaner cars were not available. Staff was polite and repairs were done correctly

Oil Change

Received great customer service from Ashley Langlois in the service department. Just went in for an oil change and she genuinely cared and was very friendly. Definitely will keep going to the dealership for my oil changes.

The actual service has always been good but iv noticed a decline in the staffs care for customer support. Maybe I got a bad apple but I hesitate to return anymore just so I don't have to deal with long wait times and not getting notified when my vehicle was ready, along with other issues.

I took my son because I wanted to buy a car for my granddaughter for her birthday. This salesman let us look alone, we test drove a couple and THEN asked for his help. He never gave us any pressure to buy. He answered our questions and started the financial process for us then took us to the financial person. He made everything very easy for me. To say I am thrilled with a new monthly payment would be a lie but I am thrilled with the treatment I received as a senior, handicapped, buyer at AutoNation Westlake.

Jordan was very good at explaining all of the ins and outs of the car and what needed to be done and he was very good at contacting me explaining how the process should continue
