Review

Wishing their people would underline, circle, highlight, anything really the costs of having a car checked over. Only 1 of the amounts caught my eye and so I discussed it with the woman checking my car in but never once did she go over it and say the full amount. Some partial blame on myself for not paying close enough attention, but the initial amount we discussed came across as a little much and so I said something, which in turn she didn't say anything about the other amount. Spent $240 to be told repairs would costs more than my car is worth but looking up part costs and understanding labor costs, the quotes I got were atronomically higher.

First Service Appointment

Speedy drive through check-in out of the weather; very friendly & efficient staff; my wait time was 30 minutes less than expected; comfortable waiting room with large screen TV.
