I was looking for a very specific car in a specific color. I went to many dealerships in the area and none of them worked as hard as the staff of AutoNation Ford to find me the car with the features I wanted in the color I wanted at a fair price. Staff wasn’t pushy on the sale, which I appreciated, and they listened to what I needed. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent! My sales rep is friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about Ford products and services. She answered all my questions and concerns. She was great at showing and explaining to me how to set up everything in the car. All of the AutoNation personnel where great to work with. I enjoyed the entire process and look forward to "escaping" in my new Ford Escape. Thank you to all for such a great experience!

Service department gets a failing grade
Purchased a new Ranger here in 2020. It had 2000 miles on it so it was used as a demo or courtesy car. Found that there was repaired front end damage and took it for service at the body shop to properly align fenders. No improvement, but they did manage to break two trim pieces in their endeavors. They were to contact me when they were available. That was a year and a half ago and still no parts and they have no explanation of why. Last week I took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation and was using my Ford points. They had an email coupon for this service for $44.95. Explained all of this to the service advisor when I took the car in and said that it would be no problem. Picked up the vehicle with no additional work done and the bill was $79 that was charged against my Ford points. $30 more than I expected. I was referred to the service manager. Which was not something you should have to do for an oil change at a dealership. After arriving home I inspected the work and found the plastic screw clips that are used to to secure an access panel in the wheel well for access to the oil filter were never replaced. If the technician took pride in his work these would have been replaced. I was to aggravated to call on this omission but I need to say it here. There is no excuse for this quality of service especially for a "5 STAR" dealership.

Service Desk people very friendly and helpful. Check out Desk people are top notch. I received a new loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. When I picked up my vehicle, the seat was adjusted for the service tech, and it took a while to get it where it was comfortable.The plastic used to keep the seat clean was balled and tangled up between the seats. The paper floor covering did its job, it was covered with grease and smelled up the interior. I was disappointed that the inside was dirtier than I left it.
