Ford AutoNation Westlake has never let me down. Even if recall parts aren’t available, they provide a ride or loaner and get your car back to you within a day. The desk staff are all very patient and friendly people. Great job!

Hands down one of the worst service centers I have ever
Hands down one of the worst service centers I have ever been too. I don’t post this based on one experience, but multiple over a few years. We have stayed loyal due to a salesman we absolutely love, but the service center is not to be trusted with your vehicle. You never get the correct infortmation, let alone the same information from the service techs. They can’t even complete an oil fully correctly.

I’m not sure what the xxxx you guys are even doing to my
I’m not sure what the xxxx you guys are even doing to my vehicle but nothing it fixed, I could swear my vehicle was supposed to have it’s back windshield wiper fixed and working but it’s still not and my back tailgate is still in pieces with the hatch handle still detached and screws loose everywhere.
