Mr Wimmer has been great in helping us with leases. The service department has improved tremendously: friendlier, length of time a service gets done. This area has not been the best in the past. It's nice to walk in to smiling faces!

Unprepared to handle recalls for vehicles.
Unprepared to handle recalls for vehicles. Will have owners miss work 2 days for simple recall. Was told by employee they do this so owners won't come back with recalls.

Dave Rusnak was such a helpful and courteous salesman. He was so easy to talk to, informative, and helpful! Everyone finance was easy to work with and moved things along quickly and efficiently. No complaints about the service or stuff whatsoever! It was obviously frustrating waiting 13 months to get a car but the dealership did everything they could to ease that pain. Will definitely go back when my wife is due for a new car!

Sales personal - Awful!
Sales personal - Awful! Buyer beware is their slogan. Admitted to illegal documentation. The financial dept is just as bad. Plus will not return phone calls. The parts dept is much better. But you might ask yourself why would a new owner be at the parts dept three weeks after purchase. Speaking of the service dept. There are a few outstanding professional employees there. One, not so much. Again, why am I there so soon after purchase? Suggest you start selling cars online to avoid the obnoxious sales personnel. Must to tough to find a decent salesperson. It's obvious based on who you had to hire.

Got me right in to see what was wrong with my car. Keep me updated to date on everything they where doing. Had to get a part and was told it could be until after 2:00pm wait, but it was only 2 hrs I was waiting and my car was back on the road. Thank you

Service visit February 2
Service was friendly and timely. I was disappointed that due to a defect (apparently) in the original equipment installed on my Escape I had to pay for new lug nuts on my car In order to have my tires rotated.
