Came in to look at a vehicle i was interested in.

Came in to look at a vehicle i was interested in. The salesman Will was very helpful. he explained the different features on the can as well as the the warranties that came with the car. As for the financing part of it i the gentleman that handled it was very aggressive with an extended warranty. I declined the extended warranty. At one point he told me "that if the vehicle broke down after the warranty was up don't come crying to him". Three different occasions I declined the extended warranty. I also over hear him say so another salesman i must be insane. At that point i almost got up and walked out. the financing was already set so i knew i would be out of there soon. I signed the papers and got the keys and was out of there after thanking Will the salesman

Service Garage

Billing had to be fixed? And after tire rotation they did not put air pressure up to factory recommendations.

Great service with customers. Excellent inventory. Happy with services. Price was not negotiated still I got better deal for the used car. Executive called and took follow up with my experience. Overall good experience. I will recommend it to my friends who is looking for New/Old car.

Called in morning asking Pete to locate an F150.

Called in morning asking Pete to locate an F150. Within 1.5 hours got a call that he had one and I could come see it. 3 hours later after test drive and financing, drove home with a beautiful 2018 red F150 in excellent condition! Had everything I wanted plus some! A very happy customer!

Took car in fir recall, then was informed of a rear

Took car in fir recall, then was informed of a rear suspension problem, they were able to fix that day, repairs were made and was very happy.

Great Service!

AUTONATION is Westlake is over the top. Every time I get my car serviced they will inform me what wear and tear that will need to be repaired by x amount of miles. This way I can financially plan for the repair before it becomes an even bigger issue/repair. I never feel overwhelmed and they do a great job of explaining everything. I appreciate their time and patience.
