The service department does an excellent job.
The service department does an excellent job. But I had a bad experience with the sales department in 2021. Will not again lease my next car from the sales department.

Being from the area and recently moving to Kentucky the automation dealerships in this area around Cleveland Ohio are some of the absolute best I’ve ever had to deal with. Jordan specifically at the Westlake dealership is great to deal with.

For 2016 Focus
Had to get my 35,000 mile service for Focus. I was really happy that they took the time to walk me through what was priority and what could be held off. It's running great, and I have going there for almost seven years.

Took my car in for service, service was fine, but I had a question later that day, and I called for three days trying to get a hold of my service rep. It took calling the manager to get a call back from rep. Also asked the manager for a call back which I never received.
