Recall repair

I brought my Focus in for a recall. Although it was very difficult to reach my service person. When I did reach her, she was very helpful. The work was done while I waited and I was on my way quickly.

Consistently good service

I brought my car in to address a recall. I was given the opportunity to also get an oil change which I was intending to schedule within a month, but I was told appointments were filling fast. They accommodated me on the spot.

New Shoes for my Old Horse

With winter snow & freeze looming, I replaced the 0ff-brand tires on my 2013 Honda Pilot with new Cooper all-weathers. AutoNation had the changeover all set up, so I just breezed through to the waiting room and two hours later, I was on my way down the road and the ride is smooth as glass.

Quality Customer Care Service at Westlake OH

We took our 2014 Fusion to AutoNation in Westlake to have a possible oil leak inspected after previously taking to an auto repair shop. Our Assistant Customer Care Manager Danielle Langlois was fantastic to work with from the start. She was courteous, friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we did not pay for unnecessary repairs. I had a similar experience with her sister Ashley Langlois this summer! It is personnel like Danielle and Ashley that will make us keep coming back to AutoNation in Westlake OH!

I had an excellent experience at AutoNation Ford

I had an excellent experience at AutoNation Ford Westlake. Jordan Looney went out of his way to provide transportation for me to go home while the work was being done and to have me picked up. He was outstanding. The service was for a Safety Recall.
