The service delivered by Jake was truly outstanding which is what I have come to expect over the years. It was timely and done properly. I must say that although professional, Jake was extremely friendly and pleasant. AutoNation Westlake has become my go-to dealership for service as well as sales. You just can't beat this dealership.

Everyone was very professional.

Everyone was very professional. My wait time was supposed to be two hours, but turned out to be only thirty minutes. Fantastic service.

Scheduling an appointment 5 weeks in advance for a

Scheduling an appointment 5 weeks in advance for a specific time and then the simple service took 5 hours. That is very frustrating and insulting that I scheduled my day around the service departments schedule and then it is completed or even started for over 2 hours. Get rid of scheduling and just ask to have the car dropped off for the day. The quality of work was fine. To much service desk resource for the work.
