I must say that although professional, Jake was extremely friendly and pleasant. AutoNation Westlake has become my go-to dealership for service as well as sales. You just can't beat this dealership.

Scheduling an appointment 5 weeks in advance for a
Scheduling an appointment 5 weeks in advance for a specific time and then the simple service took 5 hours. That is very frustrating and insulting that I scheduled my day around the service departments schedule and then it is completed or even started for over 2 hours. Get rid of scheduling and just ask to have the car dropped off for the day. The quality of work was fine. To much service desk resource for the work.
