Excellent service ,honest. Trust worthy., very knowledgeable in pricing for repairs in today's market. My service advisor, Jordan L. , was great. He explained to me what parts needed to be replaced due to age of car and what parts were broken. Then the fluid replacements due to milage. I wasn' t really prepared to hear all of this, but who is when their car is almost 10 yrs old, with 70,000 + miles and had driven mostly over the pot holes of Cleveland. Also have had a bad habit of hitting curbs. Jordan is an asset to the dealership. And by the way, I have a FORD FUSION 2013, a very reliable car and I bought it at this dealership, AUTO NATION FORD, WESTLAKE.
