I have been helped by all the service reps. They are very understanding of the situation of very low mileage on both vehicles and have suggested a maintenance program to meet my needs.. I have ALL work done by Yark Subaru so they know the complete history of the vehicles. It is weird not seeing vehicles in the show room, but I’m getting used to it. Dang Covid-19!

I went in to have a recalled part replaced and everyone working was very polite. All of the vehicles were sanitized and my rental car was slick and span!

I would have given 5 stars, but when I was waiting for the paperwork the lobby felt uninviting. I understand that covid probably prohibits you, but I would try to work on that.
