Yark Subaru

Hello. I needed to have a new radio put in my vehicle so the dealership contacted me when it was ready. They scheduled me on a Saturday which I had requested and they provided a loaner car which was very nice and met my needs. I was very happy with the service after my vehicle was repaired.

Great service and fast service had oil spark plugs and throttle plate cleaned all done in about a hour would definitely recommend to anyone I know that drives Subaru

The service staff was very friendly and efficient. The wait was not too long as I chose to wait while my car was serviced. Highly recommend.

Issue seems to be fixed now after the second time we brought it in. We love the service that we receive @ Yark and will continue to purchase cars through this dealership.

They were very helpful and attentive to are needs. They were honest and very precise in what I as there customer i could expect from them. And most importantly they delivered on everything they told us they would.

I was twenty minutes early for my appt. Dustin greeted me immediately and got my routine maintenance appt started. The waiting room was set up for social distance and was quiet enough that I was able to read for the 40 minutes or so it took to complete my service visit. Complimentary wash included. Check out payment was short and less than 5 minutes. There was a sheet letting me know they wanted to know if my visit was less than 5/5, though they never asked for a score or for me to take survey. Steve was very good to us explaining the sudden problem with our car. He promised our vehicle would be taken care of when the part came in and actually had it done sooner than we anticipated so we could take a scheduled road trip. Very pleased with his knowledge and dependability! We had already recommended friends to Cameron who then purchased their Subaru and we now can vouch for their service team!

I booked to have the car seen to because of a grinding sound in the front. I went in at the appointed time and left the car. The problem was diagnosed and after telling me the situation and I approving the costs, it was repaired promptly. Very professional handling and certainly no worries at all. Thanks for the help

Our Outback (Pearl) often had a terrible burning odor when the engine was idling or heat and cd player were in use. Had mentioned this on a previous visit, without much of a response. However, this last time, the "problem" started smoking when we were taking the grandkids for ice cream. No problem getting it in the shop, but it was bad timing because it took 2 weeks to get Pearl back. Hey no problem. I like and trust these guys, we got to use a new car as a loaner, and so far no more burning smell.
