Great service, very acommodating

This was the first time I had my car serviced since leasing it. It was also my first time in the Service Center. Jim Parsons was fantastic to work with and very accommodating. He explained how my car was serviced, and was very helpful in getting the job done, as my 7 year old explored the dealership. Michael Walsh also entertained my son as well as I completed the necessary paperwork. Great team; family friendly, and welcoming.

Great Experience

I went in looking for a used car. Marc Mastroianni did not pressure me at all, and even brought the vehicle inside the store for me to look at. The best car buying experience I have had.

Came in to purchase a minivan. Marc Mastroianni did not pressure me, he even pulled the vehicle inside so I could look at it. The best experience I have had buying a vehicle.

Had a great Service experience with Jim Parsons

Anytime your car needs service, there are always so many dire thoughts that go through your mind. However, I have recently needed service on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was lucky enough to deal with Jim Parsons. Jim is a straight shooter from the get go, and goes the extra mile to look out for MY best interests. From doing a complete review of pending recalls to making sure that the repair work is done right and on time. I felt comfortable in dealing with Jim and felt that my BABY was in good hands! Thanks!

New Grand Cherokee

I Want to thank JP Carlo Sales Manager and Lease Specialist for working with me and full explaining the leasing option and the components included in the lease payment. Sales Associate Dave Boralyn exemplifies professionalism and honesty in the entire process. From relaying my concerns to JP and verifying the SUV was prepped and delivered as promised David also went above and beyond his role in ensuring the sales process was smooth and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the dealership and encourage folks to do their homework/research on the model they are interested in and have the Imperial team exceed their expectations.
