Carl from Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram truly made my first car buying experience one to remember! My family has alway trusted buying and servicing cars at Imperial, and I wouldn't have chosen any other place to start. While I was dropping a car off at service at Ford (LOVE Donnie and Justin) I was walking the lot in search of my first car to buy myself. It was early in the morning, and I didn't really expect any salesman to be around because it was at least an hour or so before the dealership opened. When I was just about to leave Carl came from around one of the cars and was SUPER NICE! I started to tell him what I was looking for and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I could tell he would be someone I could work well with because of how nice he approached me and did not pressure me at all during our initial conversation. Carl made the whole car buying experience very stress free. We talked back and forth quite a bit before I did my test drive so he knew exactly what I was looking for and had some cars in mind when I got there. After falling in love with a Cherry Red Jeep Grand Cherokee, Carl made the whole stressful paperwork part a breeze! Carl was able to keep my situation (of being a working college student) in mind helped to eliminate any stress that comes with this experience. I will be recommending Carl to all my friends and make sure they visit Imperial Cars for the impressive customer service and knowledge! Carl was a cool guy to work with, definitely one to remember!

Great buying experience
We were not expecting to enjoy buying a car but I do have to say we did. Rick helped us, we went in thinking that we wanted a used car we found online but ended up getting a BRAND NEW Chrysler 200, for a better price! Rick Made it possible and we will go back to Imperial and send everyone we know to see Rick!

Great experience
I went into the dealership looking for a used car in my price range and Rick ended up finding me a new one for less. I am now a owner of a new Chrysler 200!!! Thank you Rick for all your hard work, I will recommend all my friends and family to you!

excellent service, great clean facility
I recently visited this facility as I was in the market for a new vehicle. The salesman I spoke with was a Mr. Sean Ewing he was very friendly outgoing and respected my wants and needs. Sean asked me what I was looking for and gave him a criteria on where I wanted to be. Sean blew me away on what he was able to do for me. Sean got me into a car that was in my budget and within 36hrs I drove off the lot in a brand new car. I would recommend all my friends and family or anyone in the market looking for a new vehicle to come down to Imperial of mendon and especially see Sean it was a great experience.

New Jeep Purchase
This is our 8th car purchased at Imperial cars in Mendon, MA. We have bought both new and used. This time its a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My salesman Joel Cohen could not have handled things better. Suv Purchase
I recently purchased a Dodge Journey from Jim Burke. It was the most positive experience I have ever had buying a car. This is not my first time buying a vehicle. However the first time from Imperial. It was a very homelike atmosphere in the dealership which makes you feel very comfortable. Stress Free Car Shopping

Great dealership and terrific sales person!
I purchased a Jeep last month from Imperial and it was a great experience! I was very impressed with the dealership and with the sales person Luis Allende that I worked with. Luis was very customer service oriented and spent a lot of time test driving cars with me and answering my many questions over several visits. I was able to get into the car I wanted and felt great about the car-buying experience there. All A's for this dealer!

Great Sales Person
Jim Burke went above and beyond when it came to us purchasing a Jeep at Imperial Jeep. Jim was extremely involved in our purchase and we felt that he was working for us as much as he was representing Imperial Motors. He guided us through every step of the process, but at no time or point did we feel pressured. He was truly a friend first, a sales person second. I strongly recommend purchasing a car through Jim. He could not have done a better job. We are very pleased.
