Bought used car
Have been doing business with Imperial Cars for years. This visit dealt with Frank Dumas and Karyn Ingram. Frank was very helpful in finding the right car for me. Karyn helpful in explaining financing part and was so friendly. Great personality. Frank went above and beyond in his part of me choosing the right car for me.

Great Dealership and sales experience
I saw the 2014 Chevrolet Camaro SS on the website and decided to take a look at it. The dealership put me together with Sean Ewing and we went for a test drive. Its great working with a salesman that's not pushy or aggravating to deal with and Sean was great to work with. We negotiated a great price for the car and I a happy new owner. I just wish they weren't so far away so I could get my service work done by them as well. Oh well, can't have it all. I highly recommend the dealership since it was such an easy buying experience.

Jeep Renegade... Imperial
Went to Imperial to return my lease and lease a new Jeep Renegade. The whole process was easy and the salesperson Dave B was extremely helpful. Harry Johnson was also very helpful over the phone. Wonderful Experience

Over the years I had cars of many makes and models. 85% of the time I have my cars serviced at the dealership. I have never experienced the quality of service like I have when I go to Imperial Jeep. They are friendly, they take the time to explain what they will be doing and for what reason. I always feel comfortable asking questions. I am 100% satisfied with there service.
