Today I’m a proud owner a new Jeep Wrangler and I couldn’t be happier and all this could not of been possible without the outstanding hard work of our sales person Jim Burke and Business manager Rami Awad. This will be my third purchase in the past 3 years with these two fine gentlemen. An experience of purchasing a new vehicle can be difficult and drawn out at time and it can be pretty much a miserable time. The experience my wife and I have had with these two representatives from imperial, well let’s just say I would do it everyday. I can’t thank them enough and recommend and one looking to purchase a car to go and see them, I promise you an unforgettable experience.

My husband and I can’t say enough great things about Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep. This is our second purchase with Jim Burke as husband and wife and my fourth overall purchase since 2010 and we wouldn’t work with anyone else. I’ve been working with Jim since 2010 when I purchased my first Chevy Colbalt so I had to keep the tradition going because he delivers above and beyond to your needs. He works for you and with you. Your are more than a customer! It becomes more of a dream team when Jim and Rami (business manager) work together to make it all happen for you. The professionalism these two fantasic employees bring to the table doesn’t give this review justice. We now have officially added a beautiful Jeep Wrangler to our family and we couldn’t of done it without Jim and Rami. With sincere gratitude we want to truly thank them both for all they have done to make us very happy on this beautiful Saturday!

Went in to trade my current vehicle for an upgrade and Gary and Jon were in all the way. Worked extremely hard to find what I wanted and could also afford with the parameters I gave them. Extremely professional and dedicated as well as courteous and patient. Rami worked just as hard to make the numbers work and my wife and I left with nothing but smiles. We would highly recommend anybody looking for any make or model vehicle to go in and they will take care of you. Great job and thank you.

I came in with my mother last week looking for a car. We weren't really sure what we were exactly looking for. Luckily and thankfully we had Frank Dumas help us look for the right and perfect car! Everyone is so kind here we are very helpful and happy with the service we got!! I will differently be recommending friends and family!

I just have to say that Imperial and their staff are the best, hands down, jeep dealership in the area. Best deal on my new Wrangler and much more responsive than other dealerships in the area. Not only did I get a better deal on my new 2018 Sahara Unlimited, I got more for my trade in than anyone else offered me. This was for a high mileage 2012 Wrangler Unlimited and they beat everyone else's trade-in by $2,000. Zach Mathieu was an excellent salesman and very easy to deal with. He even offered to help me install the soft top when the weather gets better (which I will be taking him up on, the new JL's are completely different than the JK's). Rami Awad was excellent in finance. Typically, finance guys are very high pressure to get you to buy the after sale stuff (extended warranty, tire protection, etc), but he just explained the prices. After we turned it all down, he made one counter offer and that was it. No pressure, which is a refreshing change. After the sale they paid for lunch at the very excellent Miss Mendon Dinner (this was a nice touch). I am having some stuff installed in the Jeep next week and plan to do my service there, so I hope their service is just as awesome as their sales and fiance. Very Very happy with Imperial and I have already recommended them to a few friends that are in the market for a new car in the next couple of years.

After reviewing a few SUVs online I decided on a 2019 JEEP Cherokee Latitude Plus. I decided to drive the 20 miles to Imperial in Mendon because of the TV commercials and newspaper ads that I had recently seen. Upon arrival I was greeted by 'Frank'. He was friendly and expressed a sincere interest in what I was looking to do. Frank was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to test drive. He was incredibly patient with me as I was trying to comprehend the pros and cons of buying v leasing. I never felt rushed or got the sense that Frank might be weary of my 'overthinking'. I believe that I received a fair trade in value for my vehicle. Long story short- I will take delivery on my new JEEP this week and I would not hesitate to recommend Frank and Rami (Finance)...as well as Imperial. The free dinner at the Diner was a nice touch as well !!

I just purchased my first Jeep Wrangler (traded in my mom car - a Highlander)! I ended up at Imperial because of the reviews. They were spot on! I visited 6 dealerships before choosing Imperial and am very happy with that decision. I worked with Maaz who I would highly recommend. Very attentive, knowledgeable and fair. The process has been incredibly smooth and I LOVE my new car!
