Used Jeep Wrangler

I was very pleased with Garrett, while buying a used Wrangler for my college aged daughter. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. I had been to 4 other Jeep dealerships, and I think the quantity and variability of Imperial's Jeeps surpasses any dealership I haver seen. I give Garrett a 5 star review for our interaction and for going above and beyond to pick up our trade-in Wrangler, which was unregistered and uninsured.

Great experience

I’ve never been to this dealer but heard good things. They didn’t disappoint..I had a great experience right from the start! Zach helped me choose a Jeep Cherokee Limited. He listened, no hassle, and the process was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. I am very happpy with my vehicle thanks to Zack!

Terrible experience

I went in the purchase a ram 1500 on a Saturday afternoon. I didn't make the deal that day, but the following Tuesday, I came in and purchased the truck. Imperial registered the following day on Wednesday, I thought I might be able to drive it home that night. Just before 4 they called and told me service was waiting for a part for the tune up, and that it wouldn't be ready until possible Thursday. I checked in Thursday and my salesman informed me the tech that was working on my truck was out and the part was still not in. Friday I checked in late in the afternoon, my salesman was not working but he still took the time to answer me, and he had not heard from service either, but he responded and said part still not on but would be on tomorrow. Saturday morning checked in again my salesman checked and said they told him part should be in today. Saturday afternoon salesman just called and said no part still so should be ready for Monday. Now in this day and age we have overnight shipping or even 2 day shipping to get parts in! This is ridiculous, I have bought 2 cars in the past from Imperial and did not have a problem but after this I don't think there will you any more.

BEST Deal on a Jeep!

I got prices at several local dealers and no one else was close to Imperial! Ask for Ed Kelly! He’s a regular guy not a slick salesman. No xxxxxxxx just straight shooting. I was going to sell my old vehicle but Imperial offered SO much on the trade I couldn’t refuse! I LOVE my new Jeep! It’s loaded and it’s mint! Ed even threw in free all weather JEEP car mats! The part everyone DREADS is the financing. Oof. After a divorce my credit wasn’t great, but the finance guy, (who was really nice! Again no slick, fast talking! Just straight forward info. Streamlined everything, got me out of there quick and no hidden costs! I even met the Owner Kevin! What a great dude! He also owns the Miss Mendon Diner and I had breakfast on him! Bonus! Highly recommend Imperial! Go see Ed! He’s the best!

I bought a car

It was a very very very good experience I would go back buy another car repeat my experience JIM BURKE was very good He treated me good I had fun My dog had fun My girl was happy.

Great Customer Service

Review of Imperial Jeep in Milford, MA

Mike Gunn was our salesperson. He was exceptional and stayed with us until he found us the perfect car. He worked with us on the final price and got to the numbers we needed to be at. The only con we would say of the experience was with the Finance Manager. It was extremely dragged out and tedious. We have purchased vehicles at other dealerships and had much better experiences with the Finance Manager.

Purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland

We worked online first with Lou - send us documentation on vehicles we were interested in. Then we worked with Russell when we arrived. We knew what we wanted before we got there - He showed us what he had, we narrowed it down to 2 - did a couple of test drives. Made our offer and some negotiating - but over all - we were happy with his help. The dealership has a lot of vehicles - people you work with all seem to be very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the dealership and dealing with Russell. We communicated via Email after we left the dealership and made all of the final arrangements - went pretty smooth. Thank You Russell.... We are very happy with the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland

Car buying experience

I came to Imperial Chrysler in hopes of buying my first jeep. Everyone was very friendly when we walked in, but Frank Dumas was hands down the best salesman! Not only did he have the jeep ready that I previewed online but he spent hours with me explaining the different pros and cons of each type of vehicle (extremely knowledgeable). He was very patient with me as I test drove about 5 different cars and when I was indecisive about minor details such as the color. Frank helped get me the best deal possible and I am very happy with my choice about choosing Imperial Chrysler thanks to Frank Dumas!

Great Selection and Customer Service

I recently purchased a Jeep Compass after working with Garrett. I went in with a few different cars in mind, and Garrett was able to show me a variety of new and pre-owned cars that could fit my needs. We were able to find a car in the lot that was perfect, and he made the purchasing process painless. He also made sure to set my expectations and checked in with us while we were waiting to speak with Rami in Finance. Rami was friendly and efficient, and did a thorough job explaining the different warranties and offerings available to us. At other dealers in the past, buying a car has been a tedious and drawn out process, and we were incredibly impressed by Garrett, Rami, and the others we dealt with at Imperial.
