Excellent service
I bought a 2010 Honda Pilot and our salesman Gary Keith not only got us a great price but he also paid attention to even ther little details. He went above and beyond by delivering our new car to Brockton so we didn't have to figure out Howe to get there to pick it up. Hats off to Gary Keith.

Excellent Salesman

New dodge ram big horn
We pulled in to Imperial Jeep we were not there five minutes and Jim Burke came out to help us. We were at easy immediately. He knew about many vehicles and lead us to the one we wanted. We had searched online before hand so kind of knew what we wanted Jim pointed out the vehicle 's features and sold us on it. We are now the owners of a great low mile preowned Dodge Ram. A fine salesperson that makes you feel right at home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.Imperial's selection of vehicles is like no other!

Not fair on trade in values
My wife and I drove two and half hours to purchase a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We met with Mike and everything went well till we were given a trade in value for our 2017 Acura MDX. The Sales Manager offered us $5000.00 less than blue book trade in value which we found insulting and were about to walk out. They quickly raised it to $2000 below blue book. We reluctantly accepted and bought the Jeep. The sales manager didn't have the courtesy to talk with us in person. We asked that the Jeep be detailed and cleaned before delivery. It was delivered a week later to our NY home. Detailed, NOT. The dash board was actually dusty. Its been 2 weeks without a follow up phone call from Imperial. Was not a good experience. I can not recommend this dealership.

Great Experience
I had visited several Jeep dealers recently to look at Wranglers and Grand Cherokees. I ended up deciding on a new 2019 Grand Cherokee. I was trading in a 2016 Jeep Cherokee with high mileage and first went to a different dealer where I had bought it but could not make a deal. Imperial is a little out of the way for me but I decided to stop by after work just to check out their inventory. I found a model I was interested in on the showroom floor and met Zack. It took some negotiating but I was able to find the deal I wanted. Zack was great to work with. He was patient and listened to my needs and never seemed pushy or adversarial. He made me feel comfortable with the process and worked with me to reach a deal. I was very satisfied with the experience and highly recommend Zack and Imperial.

Extremely professional
Jose greeted me almost immediately upon entering the showroom. From the very start, he was professional and polite throughout the entire process of buying my new car. I never felt pushed into making a deal that I was not comfortable making. Junior was extremely knowledgeable about the models I was looking at and about the inventory he had available to him. Because I was leasing a vehicle, it took a few days to get all the paperwork and registration in place. Throughout the process, Junior kept me well informed and, in the end, I picked up the car on my schedule. Certainly, the best car buying experience I have ever had. If you are interested in buying a Jeep, go see Junior.

It’s no secret that when you go shopping for a vehicle you’re in for a dance - and there is no one I’d rather dance with than Junior. He is honest, open and transparent.
