Jeep Wrangler test drive

After entering the showroom, it wasn’t long before an attentive associate approached us, and in a very respectful manner offered to help. After asking a few questions, I was able to figure we were dealing with a knowledgeable professional. He continued to help us with confidence, but no pressure at all. Got my jeep!!
I did my homework. The Jeep I wanted was at Imperial and the price was lower than other Jeep dealer around. We dealt with some crazy New England weather but managed to make the deal. Russ was great! No pressure. Imperial works very hard to make your experience a positive one.

Great experience
Ed Kelly is extremely personable and provides customers with what they want. He made the process of buying a car incredibly easy. He spent a lengthy time with me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He was willing to show me any car I had interest in no matter what. He went out of his way to provide me with a great experience. I am certainly pleased that I had Ed as my car salesman. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else.

Will Only Buy From Him!
Junior was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with it in my 25 years of buying cars! I was regrettably harsh and intolerant towards him at first (I've had horrible experiences with car salesmen) yet the young man continued on with a big smile on his face, he found a way to make any brute questionable remark of mine into a laughing and a jokingly atmosphere. No Pressure
Russell Ledoux was the salesperson who guided me through the process of buying a Chrysler 300 Saturday, January 19, 2019. Russell was helpful and informative without pressuring me into making a sale during my visit to the dealership. It was a cold day with a snowstorm heading to the area but Russell let me take as much time as I needed to make sure I was comfortable with the features of the car I was interested in purchasing. It was a long process but Russell made the experience very pleasant with a hot coffee and later a complimentary lunch while my car was being detailed so I could take possession within an hour of completing the purchase agreement. I would recommend Russell to family and friends. This is my third vehicle purchase at this dealership and I expect to continue to be a future customer for maintenance and eventually another vehicle
