Excellent customer service. Dave Skehan was very attentive, always lets me know what is happening and gives me progress reports when I wait. Dave is currently resolving a warranty covered repair for me now. Also, the radio has had to be fixed a couple times - they replaced when necessary and it was always covered under warranty.

Jim Parsons is always on top of his game and goes out of his way to make sure you are served well. He explains everything up front and gave me updates as needed. The work done is always done right and the helpfulness and courteousness are excellent. The waiting area is always clean and I can work via the wifi which is always a big plus. Overall an excellent experience everytime.

Had been looking for the "right deal", "right truck" and right place to do business with. Found it all at Imperial Dodge. Was helped by Marc Mastroianni who was extremely knowledgeable of vehicles and my needs. In my case living an hour away I had to visit on four different occasions. I was impressed that Mark made it a point to be at each visit to make sure I was provided his undivided attention. My new Ram was delivered to me as promised even on my last minute schedule change.
