Bought a used Jeep from Luis...
I needed a "new to me used" car and found Imperial's price to be a fair price. The buying process with Luis was straightforward. Even though the weather was terrible (snow storm) Luis pulled the car into the service bay to allow me to go over it in comfort!

Great experience with Joel at Imperial Jeep!!
Was referred to see Joel at Imperial Jeep back before Christmas. Was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler Sport S used. They had a wide selection of vehicles in their lot all different models and colors. It was freezing and Joel took his time to show us around the lot and look at all of the Jeeps. They have a great showroom, waiting area, and even an awesome Diner to grab some food while you wait. After mentioning the options I wanted and negotiating prices, we decided to go ahead and order a 2017 Firecracker Red JK Sport S instead! From the time we left the dealership Joel had me updated with every step of the shipping and arrival process. It took about 5 weeks for the Jeep to arrive, got the paperwork/$$ taken care of within a few hours, and picked the Jeep up to enjoy for the weekend before we got snow! Joel was fantastic, answering any questions I had promptly and putting up with me being difficult lol I'm glad I purchased my Jeep at Imperial, I went to a few other dealerships and had poor experiences and felt rushed. I will be going back to get work done on my Jeep through their maintenance department in the near future.

The best sales experience with a Chrysler
I have bought 2 other Chryslers from another dealership and the sales team and finance manager here at Imperial FAR exceed any other dealership I have been to. They worked past closing time to get the best deal, in light of being upside down on my trade-in. Negotiations were so smooth and there was no senseless first offer by the dealer! They had no intention of wasting my time and got us in at the price point we needed with little down!

We were surprised at how pleasant our entire experience was at Imperial! Tim was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and really genuine.
