Fantastic service
I recently went to imperial cars to get routine service done on my jeep renegade. I was very pleased with the service I received. David Skehan, the service advisor was very helpful from scheduling my appointment to answering all my questions and providing quality care to my vehicle. I would definitely recommend seeing him and the entire service department for any and all of your vehicle needs.

Not pushy easy to deal with loved this place
Go see Bill Shaw - while we couldn't meet on a price...he was by far the nicest least pushy honest sales man I have run into. Turns out my friends bought a car from them 5 years ago and have not had a problem with it. Good experience.

Great place for first time buyers!
I had a great experience for my first time buying a brand new car. The salesman I was working with "Bill" was very informative of the vehicle I wanted and helped me choose the right car for me. I told him the criteria on what I want the car to have and he found it in minutes. They helped me finance and made sure everything was ready for me when I picked up my car. The workers are very friendly and I never felt pressured into buying anything when I was there. I definitely recommend others to try them out. Great experience for me and I couldn't be happier!

knowlegeable, helpful, fast custom Jeep build
Marc helped me purchase my first vehicle. he was extremely knowledgeable about the cars he is selling and helped me get the best deal for my trade in. He was friendly and I never felt pressured and felt that Marc was doing his best to get me the highest value for my trade in. I ended up purchasing a custom build for my wrangler and had a turn around build time of less than one month. Exceptional service from everyone at the dealership.

Above and beyond to make you happy
Impeccable lot and buildings impressed me as I arrived. Test drive and bought exactly the vehicle I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with the sales crew. Dealt with Mark C, Santos C, and David M who bent over backwards to make me a customer. Constant communication start to finish working through any of the bumps you would expect from trading in a car for another. Jeffrey V in financing was one of the most pleasant people I've ever dealt with. Car won't be ready for a couple days but I look forward to finally picking it up and I'll recommend Imperial to anyone buying a car.

Our experience
We went to Imperial Dodge in hopes of finding a car for our son. We were greeted with a smile by Mark. Mark was very easy to work with, and did not pressure us in any way. He gave us time to think about our son's purchase. He kept in touch with us and waited patiently for us to make our decision.
