This was a very positive experience in the purchasing of my new Chrysler Pacifica. I was very fortunate to have had Rick Panorese as the salesman who sold me my car. He answered all of my questions and explained everything on the operation of the car. The one thing that turns me off when considering a purchase of this size is being pressured to make the deal. Rick exerted no pressure and spent a lot of time with me and took me through the process with the Credit Manager. I would highly recommend Imperial as the place to go if you are looking for a car and would definitely recommend that Rick is the person to ask for.

So my son lives out of state and while visiting him, he asked if we could look for a new jeep. We went to a local Jeep dealer, and were given a price, lease payment, and a test drive. The following weekend, I brought him to Imperial Jeep, where Jim helped us, and it was night and day difference. So much knowledge, respect, and comfort, it was a completely different feel. Plus, they had the right Jeep, with the right options, at a much better price and deal. Not a lot of back and forth, just an excellent price and overall good feeling. Mike Penner and JP took the time to make sure we understood the great value, and that we were pleased with the entire transaction.

I was looking to upgrade from our tiny Toyota Matrix to something larger. I went in thinking I wanted a Dodge Journey and left with a Grand Caravan with more features and for the same price. I was extremely happy with our salesman, Mark Detoma. He was knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me. I felt that my needs were put first and that I was in good hands. Very trustworthy. My credit isn't very good and Mark worked hard to get everything handled. Everything went smoothly and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically Mark Detoma.

Luis answered all of our questions in a timely fashion and made sure we were well taken care of every step of the way.
