My 1st visit for service on my 2014 Jeep and I can not say enough good things about this place. Bill Ott took care of me and my vehicle from the moment I arrived. Haven't been too happy with my last dealer so I decided to try Imperial. So glad I did, it's a longer drive from my home but worth the trip!! Ended up talking with AL Antolini and Tim Donohue and ordered a new Jeep too!! Great service & sales all at one great place!!

my experience
I went to Imperial Chevrolet a few weeks ago to look at one specific car and I met a salesman named Frank Dumas. Frank and I hit it off right away he was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Frank and I test drove the car I was interested in. To make a long story short we came to an agreement on the price and he sold me a car. As a salesman myself I would have no problem recommending this dealership to anyone. If you do go to look or purchase please ask for Frank Dumas and tell him Joe sent you and tell him thanks for a great experience.

Refreshing
Dealing with Mr. Tim Stein as our salesperson was a pleasurable experience. Tim was very informative and was willing to go with my lead as a buyer. He was an intent listener and patient with me as I was taking the time to ensure I was understanding the car buying process in my own way. Tim was honest will every detailed question that I asked and always with a smile and positive manner. Tim is why I bought my car at Imperial. Wonderful customer service
It was a total pleasure dealing with Matt Roushia in the purchase of our vehicle. He was very professional, forthright, and easy to talk to. No haggle pricing, will work with you on extended warranty
The ticket price was very reasonable and they gave us a good price on trade-in. Extended warranty was discounted after some haggling, appears to be pretty comprehensive. Bill made us feel comfortable and has a very easy-going and no-pressure attitude. Management was not as friendly when we offered a lower price as we didn't realize it was a no-haggle price at first, but we had very little contact with them.
