Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I bought my Dodge Journey from Mr Frank Dumas at this dealership a while ago. I was having some trouble with my windshield fogging. I went back to the dealership and spoke with Mr Dumas, he was very helpful and informed me of how to correct this problem. I was very impressed with his willingness to help me after it had been a while since I bought the car. I would recommend this dealership and Mr. Dumas to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. I recently purchased a used ford edge from imperial this past weekend. I originally went to the dealer to look at a grand cherokee but it was just outside my price range. I worked with Jim originally and he was very helpful and friendly and stayed in touch with me after I left that first night. When I asked Jim about the ford edge that was on their website he was quick to respond and set a time for me to come in. He was off that day, so he set me up with Ed, Ed was very friendly as well and answered all my questions. I test drove it and then sat down with Rami who was very helpful and sealed the deal. During the process Ed came in and gave us a giftcard to their diner next door since it was close to dinner time. Ed was nice enough to have it detailed for me before I picked it up. I went there Sunday morning and was greeted by both Jim and Ed and they swapped my plates for me and sent me on my way. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I will definitely be returning next time I need a vehicle and will recommend it to anyone that needs to purchase a new vehicle

Our latest purchase of a 2016 Ram 1500 was a deal put together with the assistance of Ed Kelly, Michael Walsh Jr., and Aron Jacobs gave us a good buy if there was any problem it was with the preparation of the truck for delivery I was very disappointed with the work done for the money people pay for a vehicle they should expect that vehicle to be perfect in all aspects.
