Shady Dealership

Bought a 2008 Nissan Rogue with the extended Warranty that was $3,000 extra. Come to find out that the car had a low tire light pressure malfunction. The warranty the dealership sold had miles that expired before a year. Stay away..

Easy, enjoyable, hassle free

My experience was hassle free, . My salesmen Matt and the managers gave me the best deal possible. Matt was very helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, it was an overall easy experience

Well Pleased With The Dealership And Staff

This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Imperial. In 2012, we purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200 which we just traded in for a 2016 Jeep Patriot. We received a fair trade-in price and are pleased with the treatment from the staff. Ron Panorese, who sold us both vehicles, was great to deal with. Brought us several vehicles to try and worked with us to be sure it was what we wanted. Rami Awad did a fantastic job on the financing end and we were able to drive the vehicle home the same day we went to look for one. We also have our vehicles serviced there as well. The service staff is professional and pleasant. The food is great at the Miss Mendon Diner also.

Great Experience

Purchasing a used car with help from Matt Roushia and Rami Awad was an enjoyable experience...I can think of no higher compliment when it comes to buying a car. I did a lot of research and visited four dealerships before finding the right fit at Imperial. The guys were courteous, well informed, and exerted no pressure. Highly recommended.

My new baby!

They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle is was interested in. Everything was quick and courteous and my new jeep was ready for my in one day! They even handled the registration and inspection sticker! I would recommend them to anyone. I am very happy with the service I received!

Informed, comprehensive, thoughtful, and patient

Hi Ahmed, Thank you for your help in purchasing our new Pacifica. Your detailed knowledge of the many features that come with this car helped us make a sound decision. The time you spent with us explaining the electronic features of the pairing of phones, the GPS system, and the Sirius system helped us greatly in learning how to operate this component. Best Car Buying Experience ever!!

I purchases my 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer from Imperial Cars 8 years ago and the buying experience was great. Without knowing or even planning I was back there this week to trade in the same vehicle for a newer vehicle. There was no pressure and my Sales person Luis was very professional and took care of me. I even got a complimentary meal card for the diner across the lot. When it was time for vehicle pick up everything was ready to go. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend. The only gripe is it?s a little far from the highway if you are coming from the south.

Relaxed and No Pressure Experiance
