Great service department
I went in for service and Phil greeted me with a big smile, he serviced my car while I waited and was out in less than 45 minutes !! It doesn’t get any better than that. I always go to this particular dealership for service because all the service guys are fantastic. Mike and Patrick are also great when I go in for service, they are a pleasure to do business with !!!

Maintenance Review
I bought my Traverse from Herb Chambers Chevrolet in Danvers because I have experience with their Maintenance Department and Scott. My check engine light came on I called to be advised on what to do and Scott had me in the next day, the repair was made and I had my car back later that day. Scott made the experience seamless and kept me advised. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received.

Prompt Service
Dropped my Corvette off for an oil change and told them about my engine temperature gauge acting funny. Phil fit me in right away and diagnosed the issue. Prior to that they did a front brake job for me on a day’s notice. Most dealerships have you wait weeks for an appointment.

Worked with Patrick he was great but when i brought truck
Worked with Patrick he was great but when i brought truck in he wasn’t there and made things difficult but service to vehicle was good

This is not the first time I have purchased a vehicle
This is not the first time I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. This time as the last time my experience was a good one. Jason the sales person I mainly dealt with was very good to deal with. Everything was done as promised. Very relaxed atmosphere.
