My new 2018 F150
That's my second car that I bought at Townsend Ford. Just like the first time 8 years ago, I got a great discount, and I got a great value on my trade :-) which is very hard to find at other dealers. No one tried to force you to anything and make you buy what you don't want. Everyone is there very friendly, and well oriented, and the owner Gary is a great guy! ...definitely "I'll be back" :-)

Good People, Good Work
I have been having my car serviced at Townsend Ford for about ten years, even though I live in Salem, MA. The people at Townsend Ford are very pleasant and nice to work with. I feel they do a good job with my car. I also enjoy the ride to Townsend once or twice a year.

Not Turned Away
At 4:10, I read the sign that said they didn't do inspections after 4:00. I said, "Oops, guess I'm too late." Surprisingly, they said they'd do it.
