Appointment to 'wait' was offered and scheduled in advance online. Promised 1 hour(ish) but took 2 hours for an oil change. Staff an facility were professional but not an exceptional (or competitive) service experience for the most basic and routine service procedure.

Best to check your estimate before agreeing to work. There were multiple items totaling over $1400 that they suggested be done! Included: possible replacement of toe links (my brother who is a mechanic did a search and found it was not for my year and did not need to be replaced, only tighten bolts), fuel system service (which isn't a necessary service), and "replace rear pads with updated design to eliminate noise" (I had to ask if I NEEDED rear pads replaced. I did not.) Seems to be a money grab dealership. I won't be back. Brought it in to check the squeaking brakes and look at the undercarriage to see if my son damaged it when he hit a stump covered with snow. They did replace front pads and rotors to eliminate noise & new cabin and air filter for $1300. Also, they kept joking with my 18 y.o. son that he was "Mr. Money bags" and "very lucky", referencing the fact that an 18yo has a (used) Cadilac. At the start of the appointment we did mention it was his grandmother's car being passed to him. His grandmother can't drive because she has dementia. Poor taste.

Great service - Tony was great!! Helped me get a loaner vehicle even though it was a last minute request. Took great care of me. The best Cadillac Service department in all of Michigan!!! This will be a key reason why I buy another Escalade from Crestview, your service department is outstanding.
