I saw car online and contacted Crestview.
I saw car online and contacted Crestview. I made an offer, they countered and I accepted their counter.on Monday Then I told salesman Vince that I lived over four hours north and would have to find some way to get from my home to the dealership. I asked about delivery and after a call back was informed that could not happen. My wife is not well enough to drive that distance. I told salesman that it might take me up to a week to find away to get to dealership and conclude the sale. I gave a credit card deposit for $2504 and was told that would be OK. Got a call back a couple hours later from Vince and he told me that they could not hold car more than 48 hours. I would not even have the check from my bank in less than 72 hours. My bank is in San Antonio Texas. All of this made me nervous. We were finally able to get the sale concluded on Friday the 14th after Vince talked again with whoever was making these decisions. I think Vince was very good all the way through the process but someone else was throwing up roadblocks. This is not unusual with car dealers, but I don't have to like it.

I was there for 3 hours for an oil change.
I was there for 3 hours for an oil change. No one communicated with me what was going on. I had to get up and ask and when I did they were annoyed I was asking what was taking so long.

Purchased car 2 months ago and still didn’t get my
Purchased car 2 months ago and still didn’t get my plates. Vincent told me he will mail the plates and I gave him two three weeks time to do that since I had temporary ones. After not receiving them three weeks later I called just to be told that he will mail the plates that day. Two weeks later I call again and he is like I mailed them but mail returned (LIE) and I will bring them to you today after work since I live in the area . I don’t have to say that he never came or called or apologized. When I called today and complained about him being shady my complaint was dismissed. Another thing is the car is certified and they didn’t even change the oil. They sold the car to me at 15700 miles and oil change due was at that mileage. The worst experience with buying a car ever.
