Had a Steering Assist Reduced warning pop up on the display. When shut off the cooling fans ran at high speed and the temperature gauge didn’t register reading. Ran up to Crestview, with no appointment, to see if there were codes set and if I should drive or not. Ron and Brian wrote it up, said they would have a tech look at it. They gave me the option of waiting or giving me a ride home while they diagnosed. I waited and Brian returned to the waiting room 15 minutes later to tell me it was a bad thermostat and it would be fixed and ready to go in an hour. They did a great job getting me in and out, without an appointment, in record time. Thanks Crestview Service Department.

I am an out of state buyer and worked with James Holmes and Mirooj Mansoor in purchasing a very specifically optioned car. Both of them were very professional at handling the transaction, answering all my questions, and making this purchase an easy process. I especially appreciated the ability to do a lot of the paperwork online to save time when I arrived at the dealership, since I had about a 10 hour drive home. I would highly recommend Crestview Cadillac, and especially James Holmes.

Called 8 times over 6 days.
Called 8 times over 6 days. Never received a call back. Terrible customer service. Ron is the worst customer service rep I have ever dealt with. I was told multiple times. I would get a call back “immediately”. Not once did I get a call, even after calling multiple times in one day. I don’t think just asking if I needed to get a rental car was too much. Instead of getting an answer, I was without a vehicle for 2 days. Finally I just decided to rent one. Communication is the key to customer service and I received none.

Professional and courteous treatment from start to finish. I had not walked into Crestview that day expecting to conclude a deal. My wife and I had both driven XT5’s in the past and that was my primary interest. Adam worked to find a car that met my requirements with financing that also worked. This will be my wife’s car and Patrick took all the time she needed to reacquaint herself with vehicle features All in all a great experience
