Drove out to Crestview to help me with a Cadillac product

Drove out to Crestview to help me with a Cadillac product issue that nobody else could or would help me with. Brian, the service manager and Dennis one of the service technicians were extremely helpful. Bought a car there.

Quick service! Everyone very pleasant and accommodating. Waiting area very small. Could have been cleaned up. Coffee cups left on tables.

Absolutely the worst dealer experience.

Absolutely the worst dealer experience. Very unprofessional management. I suggest you avoid this Cadillac dealer. I regret ever going to this dealership it makes having a new Cadillac a very poor experience.
