Bought a used vehicle from their company had some issues with my vehicle shortly after and they took care of it as any good dealership should. Our sales person had left the company so I spoke to the manager instead. Very pleased with them and will go back if I need another vehicle.

I made the appointment through Jessica. She was very helpful and professional. We have dealt several times with Alfred, he always remembers my name, is very kind and professional. I am slow to learn how to use my Lincoln app. Alfred has offered to help me. I cannot say enough good things about the people at Kayser!

We recently started looking for a used Honda to replace our 2006 Honda Pilot. We had purchased this vehicle from Kayser Ford in 2011. In fact, we also purchased a 2012 Honda Civic from Kayser Sauk City in 2015. I searched the internet and newspapers for a late model Honda focusing on a CRV. The prices were somewhat outside of our budget. One day we drove through the Kayser Ford lot and spotted a 2013 Honda Pilot. The price was reasonable and had been marked down a bit. Kayser had put on new tires, a new battery and the brakes were almost new. We worked with Kayser to get a decent price for our used Honda. We have now purchased three Honda's from Kayser Ford and satisfied with the ease of working with Dennis Balczewski to purchase a vehicle which will meet our family's needs at a reasonable price.
