A little light in my crazy world.

Denny and the service department truly do everything they can to accommodate. With only one day off to be able to come in for service, I was able to use a car to make my other appts. Could not appreciate them any more!

Very Professional

This was a perfect transaction. The salesman answered all my questions and personally handled my transaction from purchase to delivery. All I had to do was sign the papers sent to me and send then back with a certified check. Thank Dennis and Nick.

Denny and the Service Dept are top notch!

I drive nearly two hours just to get my vehicles serviced at Kayser with Denny managing it. Denny is always on top of things and the work that is done is always top notch!

No games or gimmicks

We recently purchased a Used Ford Fusion at Kayser Ford. Joel Duensing was helpful and knowledgeable. He really went out of his way for us. No games or gimmicks, just a good used car at a fair price.

No Pressure & Great Experience w/ Staff!

This is our 2nd time working with Kayser and our experience exceeded all expectations! Zach was great at explaining the differences and details about the make/model we were after and his knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. Ryan in financing was great to work with - answering any questions we had and making sure we were taken care of. We would absolutely do business with them again and we have already told many about our experience - we recommend them to everyone!

Ask for Alfred.

We traded a '15 Suburban in for a '18 Expedition, much more happy with the Ford product. Great service in acquiring it, too. Alfred's a very thorough, thoughtful, and low pressure consultant. He worked aggressively for us on our trade, and stood behind absolutely everything he said. We are perfectionists with our vehicles, and noticed some things we wanted addressed as part of the deal. Dealing with Sean at the body shop was also a pleasure. They addressed our issues, and even found areas we hadn't and addressed them. We've been getting fanatical service in the heavy trucks service department with our RV for 15 straight years, we were excited to learn that this entire dealership maintains that same culture.
