I have a 2011 Ford Explorer. Whenever I bring my car into Kendall Ford, the Service Consulant's are very nice and very helpful. Whatever my problem, it is taken care of very quickly. I LOVE my Explorer !!!

Kendall Ford in Eugene Oregon
I had a positive experience with the associate who assisted me in test driving and choosing the vehicle for purchase. My experience with a different associate and sales manager during the actual purchase was below expectations in a number of areas. As a customer who had done the research on the vehicle as well as comparison shopping, in addition to having passable reading and math skills, I felt that the men helping me with the purchase were demeaning and assumed that I as a woman would be uninformed of these things. Several times I had to correct the arithmetic that calculated the final sales price, as well as other details about the vehicle that were relayed incorrectly to me. After several hours of dealing with this, my husband came in to sign the final papers and the Kendall sales staff spoke only to him from that point, even though I was the primary driver of the vehicle and had done all the research and prior negotiating. After the sale, and through several service calls, I have received great treatment from the Kendall service staff. I am very happy with the vehicle and would purchase it again. My dissatisfaction with the actual transaction detracts significantly from my overall experience, but I am still committed to supporting Kendall as a local business, and I am very grateful to Kendall's support of local schools. These positive attributes convinced me to stay through the end to make the purchase.
