F150 STX IN FOR SECOND OIL CHANGE 2 VERY ANNOYING ISSUES WITH MY NEW PICKUP UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD MY PHONEBOOK FROM MY ANDROID AND THE TRANSMISSION INDICATOR FOR WHICH GEAR YOU ARE IN QUIT WORKING MENTIONED THIS TO STEVE HILLIARD WHILE WRITING UP OIL CHANGE WORK ORDER HE THEN SMILED AND SAID HE WOULD TAKE A LOOK HE SHOWED ME HOW TO TURN IT BACK ON WAY COOL. AS I WAS PICKING UP MY TRUCK AFTER OIL CHANGE I MENTIONED I HAD FAILED AFTER 2 DAYS OF TRYING WITH FORD AND VERIZONS HELP TO DOWNLOAD MY PHONE BOOK STEVE THEN HAD ME TALK TO YOUNG MAN KEITH BREWER WHO TOOK ABOUT TWO MINUTES TO SUCCESSFULLY DOWNLOAD MY PHONE BOOK. THANK YOU PLEASE TELL THEM THEY ARE AWESOME FOR ME YOU CAN FEEL FREE TO CALL ME AND I CAN EXPAND ON MY EXPERIENCE AT YOUR STORE. THANK YOU Ron McClaughry

Kendall Ford experience
Friendly atmosphere, prompt service. I had completed a 3600 mile trip, pulling my 26ft trailer with my 1999 F350 over the Rockies and back, Tires were rotated, Oil changed and radiator service, all done within 2.5 hrs time. I was given a list of things done and a few items that needed attention. All in all I thought they did a very good job of performing the items listed. I took advantage of the WiFi service and even looked at a few vehicles they had on the showroom floor.

Contacted dealer online. Received prompt response. Made my offer, it was accepted via phone call back in about 7 minutes. We drove 200 miles next day and picked up the car.

LIED, LIED, LIED
I went to Kendall Ford and told them before we even get started I want to know you'll pay off my car loan, and of course they said YES! OK so lets find me a car found a car purchased it signed contracts and everything and yes I probably should of looked over the contract when I was signing it but I didn't, why? because as I was signing each paper i was told what it said so yea I didn't read it. 2 weeks later I'm looking over my contract and find that in fact they did not pay of my car loan only 3,000 and tacted the rest on my new loan. I feel I was completely lied to, and want to warn everyone don't be stupid like I was and take them for there word cause its alllll xxxxxxxx!!!
