i contact them regarding ford crown vict, they said the car is available , i think some body pay for them price over the one putting by the same dealer , then they call me again to say the car not available for any more!!!

Contacted them about the XKR only to be given the run around then get told it was sold yet here it is listed for $1,000.00 more than I was told and they are still advertising it a week later

CAUTION - Do Not Trust Sales or Service dept !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After finding the vehicle I wanted I contacted Salesman at Kendall Ford and agreed to a price for the vehicle I wanted, before traveling to Eugene from Northern Ca. Before I left the trip was delayed a week the service dept was to replace the rear end on the vehicle as well as the tires. Upon arrival the price had suddenly increased by almost 2000.00 after arguing for some time they did agree to sell me the vehicle for the previously agreed upon price. Before leaving Kendall ford I noticed the passenger front tire pressure was a little low, not really enough to be worried about. After arriving home and the vehicle sitting for 2 days the same tire was almost completely flat. I contact the sales rep and I am told to take the vehicle in to have the tire checked. Come to find out there was a rather large gash on the inside side wall of my supposedly new tires. Tire deemed un repairable. While the vehicle was at the tire shop it was also found that there was fluid leaking from the rear end that the Kendall service dept had just rebuilt. I had the tire replaced and come to find out Kendall installed all wrong parts in the rear end, the parts they installed were for the right vehicle but a different year. I paid 1285.00 to be able to use the vehicle just purchased and Kendall refuses to reimburse me for the repairs. I would never use their dealership again for anything, especially their service dept.

Very Pleased with Kendall and Brandon Foster
My wife and I have been looking for a new car. We are a limited income so have budgeted very carefully and know exactly what we can afford. We visited the dealership and were met by Brandon Foster. Brandon has only been with the company for a short time yet was every bit the professional. He wasn't pushy at all. He was genuinely interested in our requirements. He showed us several cars that just about fit the needs. We always take time to make big decisions, especially a large purchase like a car. Brandon was very patient and answered all my questions. This process took almost a week. We finally settled on one of the vehicles Brandon found for us. We were able to negotiate an even better deal than we first thought we would get. Our experience with Kendall was very refreshing as we had a horrible experience with their competition from Springfield. I would highly recommend Kendall over the competition, especially Brandon.

As the company I work for has a long relationship with...
As the company I work for has a long relationship with Kendall I approached them for a new or late-model pickup in the 1/2 Ton class. Howard Smith was extremely helpful in selecting models from Kendall's many dealerships and helped me to decide on a 2013 Ford STX 4x4 at a very reasonable price. For medical reasons, I'm told, Howard was unable to conclude the sale. But Martin Neustel stepped in to walk me through the paperwork and clearly and concisely explain the features of the vehicle and of the follow up programs available from Kendall. Overall, and excellent purchase experience.
