Keith did a great job asking questions, not pushing the sale and helping answer questions through out the process. The sales manager helped verify trade in payoffs so there would be no issues. I hate issues after the sale.

I had a successful visit to the Kendall Ford dealarship to buy my 2012 Ford Explorer. The dealer got the care quickly for me and did a good job of explaining its use and giving me a good value on my trade-in.

I gave this rating because the sales man was great and...

I gave this rating because the sales man was great and didn't try to push us in to anything. He was ready to help us find what we wanted, without the song and dance that gets me angry every time I try to buy a car somewhere else. A couple days later, I noticed there was a little bit of sticky stuff left on the hood of the car, but when I went back, the woman who helped me took care of it right away and was extremely diligent in making me happy.

WHY DID I GIVE THE RATING I DID,, ONE THING,, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BIG WITH ME... I HAVE BEEN IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE OF WORK OVER 25 YEARS AND HAVING RONNIE AS MY SALES CONSULTANT.. I’m 93 years old and came into the dealership by bus to...

I’m 93 years old and came into the dealership by bus to look at a new 2012 Ford Fusion. I didn’t have the intensions to meet the most polite young man. I was really surprised by his product knowledge about the Fusion. My wife liked the car already and wanted me to sit in one because im six feet four inches and cannot fit into our Soul we currently have. We needed something comfortable, easy to get into, and enough truck space to put both of our golf bags in. Once Drew found my wife and I the perfect Fusion, he drove me around Eugene (as I do not have a license he had to drive) going along the same routes my wife and I do every day, almost as if it was our car already. We went back into the dealership and I talked with the young man for probably more then he wanted to hear but he seemed interested. Once my wife got off work she drove us down to Kendall Ford where Drew helped us get into my favorite car in my 93 years here.

Anyone interested in a new or used car or truck needs to go down to Kendall Ford and meet Sal Abatangelo. He is the best guy to talk to. He is curdiest and low pressure. He works with your budget and makes it work. The process is quick and painless. You’d be a fool to pass it up.

Ronnie was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I was looking for and made sure that I was happy as to the product. I was concerned about safety and access to car seats for the grandchildren so he pointed me in the right direction for what I needed.

My wife and I were allowed to wander with pushy sales personnel following us around and harrassing us. the sales staff were knowledgible about their stock and the options/models that would best suit our needs and also had suggestions on models we were not yet considering.
