When I walked in, there were four employees at their work station. One was helping a customer, the others were talking on the phone. There was another customer ahead of me, and one behind me. We stood there watching the employees talk on the phone for sometime. I watched one employee hang up on who he was talking to, then dial another number. Now one said we will be right with you, or anything else. The guy who finally waited on me, hung up the phone, then pulled a cell phone out of his pocket and looked at it before he motioned me up. Maybe it was all legit, but it seemed like no one was in a hurry to help the customers.
