Recall Servicing on Used Car Purchased Elsewhere
Just needed a couple software updates on our used 2010 Ford Escape. It was purchased elsewhere and had shut down on us a few times. The updates were for a recall. We appreciate Kendall's service. You got us in the same day we called, got our ride back to us that evening. So far the problem has not recurred.

Friendly people, lousey windshield wipers.
The quick service on my 1999 Mercury and friendly service personnel was greatly appreciated. However, there was one glitch. The new windshield wipers that were installed apparently had something on them and they smeared my windshield with a grease like substance that made night driving virtually impossible. I'm not sure what it was, but I had to use some window cleaner just to be able to drive. That has made it somewhat better. Other than that, everything was fine. Ray

Great service
The service to my 2011 Escape was timely and complete. I did not have to wait to get started and they called me when they finished. They also explained the possible rattle that I have when going over a bump in the road.
