2008 Ford Taurus

We were kept in the know as to what was wrong with the car and approximate cost of the repairs. One of the parts ordered was the incorrect part number for that model, but we were informed of the problem and the correct part came in the next day and installed quickly. Can't ask for much more of the parts and repair departments. They did their job professionally and were concerned with our needs and time schedule. I will certainly use them in the future when I need repairs.

Staff was resourceful and professional.

Great Job

Got to the dealership early, dropped off the F150, family and I went to a movie and when we got back the service was done and the F150 was ready to go.

acceptable service, poor sales

The original sales of the vehicle was very useless, sales agent had no knowledge of the vehicle, it was all about a quick sale and very disappointing. The service of my vehicle has been no issue.

All service personall were very helpful .

\Brought my f150 in for my first service and a few corrections of body components. They were corrected, but a few days later, a under the vehicle plastic pan came undone. The front side anyway. I was able to take it completely off and went to ford where they reattached it, but then ordered a new one as the old one was scratched a lot.All was done and a new one installed on Monday, Dec20th. So far, so good.
