Alex, in the service department, is always helpful and friendly. I really appreciate him. Sal is our salesperson and we could like him more. Sal has sold us 3 cars so far and is an asset to your company.

Oil change
I would like to see a little quicker turn around as an oil change takes an hour. No issues with rotating an after market tire and rim which is apreciated. Sales and trade in's leave a lot to be desired.

Always reliable service
We showed up late Saturday morning without an appointment and although the service department was very busy that day, they were able to complete our oil change and recall maintenance in the time frame we needed.

Great service!
I am always pleased with the service Steven Hilliard provides me; I was grateful too that Kevin was able to provide exceptional service in fixing the front brakes, and I was grateful that the payment staff were able to get me qualified for the 6 months no interest if paid in full option. That helped tremendously especially at this time of the year with payments for the holidays. Finally many thanks to the courtesy van and his cheerful spirit. Very good job all around! Bad service guy.....
The service on the car was great, but when I leased the car it was not good. Your service guy did me wrong....too long to write it all down, also I am too upset with him to talk about it..

Broken down again
My car has made several trips to the service department at Kendall ford and I have yet to be happy with the outcome. The first time was because my check engine light was on and I took it in to have it checked out. Apparently my engine had lost oil pressure and had ruined itself at 75000 miles. Luckily I had bought the extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle used so the warranty covered the 7000 dollar replacement cost to the motor. However while my car was in there they found a brake caliper that needed to be replaced that I had to pay for out of pocket. Get the car home and the engine doesn't run quite right and it has a bad vibration when accelerating and doesn't have the power that it used to have. Now I notice that my transmission is becoming rather noisy while driving down the road in a couple of gears and later progresses to all of the gears. I take it back in and they look at it and discover that there are some worn syncros in the gearbox which they replace under my warranty and also discover that my clutch needs replaced aka 700 out of pocket for me. I get the car back and the transmission is now just as noisy as it was before so I take it back in and complain and they look at it and tell me that mustang transmissions are notoriously noisy which it wasn't when I bought the car. I think whatever and just keep driving the car until I notice a really bad smell while driving down the road. Apparently I now have a transmission leak that is leaking onto my exhaust and burning off creating this terrible smell. They try fixing it three times before the finally consult ford and are told to tear the transmission down where they find a worn bearing on the output shaft that is leaking. The finally get the transmission leak stopped and I go to pick up the car and my clutch is dropped to the floor. They look at it again and apparently the hose going from the slave cylinder to the master cylinder is leaking air into the system. They then try to charge me for the part which I argue with them about it and they agree to cover the cost themselves. I finally got my car back. Noisy transmission and vibration in the motor but no leaks. They also told me that my motor vibration was normal as well. I drove the car for a month and now as I am writing this my car is stuck in the grocery store parking lot and I am going to have to tow it home as the transmission is stuck in fifth gear and will not release. Needless to say I am very unhappy with all of my experiences there and I will not be returning to this dealership again for anything.

Distain
This was the worst car buying experience. Firstly we had found the prefect certified pre-owner car and after being told the terms and that we were approved, all that was left was for us to accept it but in that time another salesmen had shown the car we were looking at and they accepted his offer before starting his paper work and they sold it to someone else right in-front of us, not even giving us the chance to accept the car. Then from their they pass us through a few salesmen and managers and in the end we purchased a brand new car because they could not find a similar vehicle for us. We spent 7,000 more than planned (on a car with not as many features) and didn't get a very great price on our trade in. So after waiting a week to get the car because they didn't have nay in stock, I go to pick it up and they had locked the keys in the car and had not told us before we arrive. So they tried breaking in to the car for 30minutes (right in-front of me) and were unsuccessful so then a locksmith was finally called (should have started with that). Overall I was left unsatisfied with the service and lack of issues being resolved.

I had no appointment, it was 11:15 a.m. and just found out that I had to drive to Portland the next day and needed an oil change and to have a mechanic check the car out because I had been hearing a strange noise whenever I had to make a 45 degree right turn. I got an appointment for 12:45, my car was serviced and I could not have been happier. When I drove to Portland the next day even though there was a torrential downpour most of the way I new I was driving a safe vehicle. Thank you Ford team!
