Great service

The customer service was incredible!! Jacob was very personable and made sure I got into a safe, affordable, and brand new car! I am beyond thankful. He was extremely knowledgeable and had an answer to every single one of my questions.

Fine Ford service.

I was easily able to make an appt that was convenient for me. They accepted the truck a little early and the service was completed earlier than promised. The technician called us to suggest other services for approval. All in all we had a fine Ford service for our Super Duty truck!

Service, friendly-ness, attention to details given has always been very acceptable @ Kendall Ford. The only suggestion I can make about my '14 Transet Connect: I wish it had a light near the ignition switch so I could see easier where the key fits. This switch needs to be moved back to the dashboard someplace. Thanks to all of Kendall Ford Personell I have been in contact with. Phyllis Crothers

Eugene Kendall Ford Customer Service

What ever I need they are there to help with the problem. They are up front and honest on the time it will take to have my truck taken care of and how much it will cost. Also, they check with me before replacing an old unexpicted part and tell me what the extra cost will be before putting it in. Easily seen, they all work together as team players, that's why I keep coming back to Kendall Ford.

ALL ONE COULD WISH AT KENDALL FORD

I have been dealing with Kendall for many years and surely must be satisfied if I have continued the relationship!! My Ford Fusion is a lovely car and I have enjoyed the transition from a large 1990 Cadillac to the Fusion. As an "older woman" the smaller car is most comfortable and the staff at Kendall Ford have been most helpful.
