Room for Improvement
Requested a front end alignment for my Ford 350 dually....was not able to perform alignment. Need to update equipment......or establish referral with business card to a local shop. Take care of Ford customers. My service adviser was off the day I picked up my vehicle, the (fill-in) adviser just handed me the invoice & vehicle inspection report and pointed to the cashier ??? I asked about a few items on the report and she showed no interest in assisting me.?? Lacks training with customer service and knowledge of vehicle service concerns.

Air Filter Sensor Replacement
Not happy with Fords warranty coverage for broken sensor on air filter assembly. Tech said it was broke during routine air filter replacement (by others). It would seem this is a poor design on Fords part if the part is broken during service. Bill was originally $390 for the parts/labor. Pete was able to reduce the bill which I appreciate. Nothing to complain about Kendall or the dealership itself just Ford and the warranty.

Survey response
2013 Ford Escape serviced for 25K mileage. Was 1/2 hour early but 'not a problem' and finished in 1 hour instead of quoted 2 hour. Also got a free car wash, paid for rainex and inside cleaning and service was excellent there. Also picked up seat belt extensions for our 2000 f250 free of charge. Excellent all around!!@

Explorer Service
Service was fine, and the free car wash is always a nice touch. We can go home with a nice, clean vehicle. I appreciate that. I also appreciated the serive rewards that we build up over time. This really helps out, as I am a retired guy on a fixed income. And this wouldn't be complete without mentioning my service representative, Steve Hilliard. He represents Kendall Ford at its finest.

Great Service Great Staff Great Company
As always, I was treated like a queen - this time the mechanic came into the waiting room to let me know that my van would be 10 minutes later then promised! The entire staff is always friendly, happy, and courteous. This last visit really made my day - a customer relations lady asked if I would come out and join her and 2 other guests for a few minutes. We went to the showroom where the radio station was playing and Full City Coffee was serving free coffee. We listened to how Kendall gives back to the community by supporting different charities, how long she has been with Kendall, and other nice things about the dealership. When she was through, she handed each of us a $50 bill and then asked us to pick one of seven local charities as Kendall would also give them a $50 donation. I was totally impressed!!! I will continue to let everyone know why I will only go to Kendall Ford and now I can add that you support our local charities on top of providing top quality service! Thank You!
