My Ford Experience

I was greeted with a friendly face when I pulled in and Pete was very professional and informative. Thank you for all that you do! Note: Should probably have decaf coffee or tea available for those of us who turn into animals when we drink caffeine products. Just sayin' :)

Explorer Repair

They fixed my windshield wiper motor. It works fine now. After three visits my fan belt still makes noise when it rains. The service was great. Love the Explorer.

oil change

not sure why it takes so long "time" for a oil change and check up. I always set up a appointment for this service, but it still takes an hour. you can go other places and get the same full service but it only takes 20-25 min. on this last appointment I believe that someone walked in and got a oil change on a vehicle with no appointment and got there vehicle befor me. ???? spmething is wrong with this don't you think?

$23 relay replacement / $99 labor

Tammy at Kendall Ford Service Dept. was very helpful to me. After reading about my problem online in multiple forums, it appears my starting problem involved a common failure in the passive anti-theft system, which required replacement of the PCM relay, for $23. I thought the $99 labor charge for that work was excessive though.

F-250 repairs

I had a problem with a trailer brake fault light not want to go out. Service got me in found the problem, called and Got the okay to replace the very pricy part. It seems to be working thus far, but I have not towed a trailer yet. We will see then. Thanks to Jen for helping me out!
